What are your delivery times?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat). Estimated delivery:

  • United States: 5–15 business days (depending on location).
Do you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

No, we cannot guarantee delivery by exact dates (such as birthdays or holidays). We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks early for special occasions.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return costs.
  • Change of Mind/Sizing Issues: Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Timing may vary by bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending your item back.

Which items are non-returnable?
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimates/underwear for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

If you are unsatisfied with a non-returnable item, please contact us — we may offer partial store credit.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email within 72 hours after dispatch. Track your order on the carrier’s website for updates.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request a cancellation or change within 3–4 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet been processed. Customized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

What if my order hasn’t arrived after 30 days?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (International), please contact us for assistance.
