Shipping Locations
- We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Delivery Times
- Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (GMT+9). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
- Processing & Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, product availability, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
- FREE Standard Shipping is included on all orders within the U.S.
- No minimum purchase or promotional code is required.
- There are no additional shipping fees for any order type.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- Track your order directly on the carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
- Items in the same order may be sent in separate shipments and may not arrive together.
Delays & Limitations
- We cannot promise delivery by exact dates (holidays, birthdays, or events). For special occasions, we recommend ordering products in advance.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe plus 5 additional business days, please contact us at info@vivoessentials.com for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping.
- To cancel, email info@vivoessentials.com with your order details.
Important Notes:
- Orders already in processing or shipment cannot be cancelled.
